She has lived in the UK, Japan, and the US for over a decade, obtaining a dance degree from the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London and pursuing drama studies at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. For many years, she has dedicated herself to dance performance and choreography, participating in musicals, stage plays, and films. Her choreographic works have been presented in Taipei, London, Tokyo, Osaka, and San Francisco.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I first came into contact with GYROTONIC\u00ae in 2014, I felt some deep and under-used muscles being quietly awakened, leaving a deep impression on me. Over the years of practice, I have become deeply fascinated by the changes that CLASSIO brings to the body, and it has gradually become an indispensable part of my life. A student of Debra Rose and Juliu Horvath, founder of GYROTONIC\u00ae, Wei-Shan moved back to Taiwan in 2019 and devoted herself to teaching at GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae. A long-term collaborator with AT Studio, she continues her professional development in addition to teaching. She is currently a certified instructor for all GYROTONIC\u00ae and a GYROTONIC\u00ae Pre-Trainer instructor for international certification training. She has also participated in advanced courses on iliopsoas muscle principles, physical therapy series on pelvic and shoulder girdle bands, applications for dancers and runners, osteopathic therapy, and translation of cardiovascular and respiratory courses. I hope to share the beauty of this sport with everyone.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Driven by a passion for exploring the mind and body, he has recently studied Meisner techniques, McKeekoff performance techniques, Fedenquist mind-body techniques, myofascial release, Alexander techniques, and Linklater voice training.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ms. Wei-Shan has lived in the UK, Japan and the US for over ten years.
