While strengthening my body, I also achieved relaxation. I deeply felt the comfort and changes that GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae brought to my body. The mind and body interact and influence each other. During the practice of GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae, by focusing on breathing and body movements, I always felt a &quot;powerful relaxation&quot; and regained the feeling of floating in the correct alignment. The changes in my body also brought my mind to a balanced state, which made me resolutely leave the comfort zone of my job after many years and embark on the journey of teaching GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae.
