In my past career as an artist, long hours sitting in front of a computer had put my body out of balance. Thanks to GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae, the knot that had been stuck in my spine was untied, releasing the long-accumulated pressure and tension in my body, and allowing me to regain my body&#039;s self-repairing ability.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae helped me rediscover the axis of my body, while gently reminding me to feel the balanced and stable power needed from the inside out, and to rediscover the coordination and cooperation between my body and its various parts.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus began my journey of training and teaching with GYROTONIC\u00ae. On this path of simultaneous teaching and learning, I hope to help students better understand their bodies through gentle exercises, listen to their inner voices, and ultimately find their own unique ways to relieve stress.
