She has also participated in Balanced Body Pilates Mat 1 &amp; 2 instructor training. After being introduced to GYROTONIC\u00ae and GYROKINESIS\u00ae in 2017, she discovered the beauty of this exercise. In addition to being a great training method for dancers, it can also provide excellent health benefits for the general public. Therefore, she participated in GYROKINESIS\u00ae and GYROTONIC\u00ae teacher training, and conducted training and advanced courses with master instructors including Juergen Bamberger, Mariarosa Guglielmi, and Dylan Elmore.
