GYROTONIC® Equipment Rental Rules

  1. You are eligible to rent equipment for self-practice after complete GYROTONIC® Pretraining Course.
  2. You are eligible to rent equipment to teach clients when you are a GYROTONIC® Apprentice or a GYROTONIC® Certified Trainer.
  3. Those who rent Specialized Equipments for self-practice or teaching must have taken the training courses for such Specialized Equipment.
  4. Pulley Tower, Archway, and LEU are limited to one client per session.
  5. JSB and Gyrotoner are limited to one client per session. If two clients needed to use such at the same time, their trainer must apply to customer serive and obtain permission before making a reservation.
  6. Reservation is complete upon making payment or using the pre-purchased rental pass at the time of reservation.
  7. Once a reservation is made, if you need to cancel or make changes, you must cancel the reservation at least 12 hours in advance through your account in the system; otherwise, the reservation will be considered as fulfilled.
  8. If you cancel your reservation within 12 hours of scheduled time, and you would like to get your rental credit refunded into your account. Please notify customer service and attach proof of medical appointment from either the trainer or client.
