GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® is a movement system developed in response to dancers' injuries and pain. The most important spirit of this system is to restore comfort to the body; a key goal for instructors is for students to feel "comfortable" after each GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® class. In this series of 10 lessons, teacher Yi-An will start with different body parts, sharing GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® movements that can strengthen the painful areas, providing simple explanations of the relevant skeletal structure, and guiding students to feel their own bodies, gradually building self-awareness. The teaching content and movements of this series are suitable for beginners, those with sub-optimal health, and students who want to gain a deeper understanding of GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® movements.

This is a series of 10 basic introductory mat judo lessons, suitable for beginners. If when you first encounter judo you feel like the instructor is chanting incantations: narrow, spiral, curl, arch, scoop, up and over… and you don't understand the meaning of these English words even after translation, and you feel physically and mentally relaxed following the instructor, but often don't understand the underlying principles, then this series of courses is designed for you. The courses will be divided into two themes: basic flow and concept explanation through basic flow and movement breakdown.
