Course Introduction:
This is the first step in the official teacher training program, a 6-day experiential course. The course focuses on practical exercises and in-depth understanding of the Level 1 movement sequence, preparing students both physically and practically for the subsequent Foundation Course.
Course Objectives:
• Develop an understanding of the basic movements of GYROTONIC® Level I.
• Accumulate actual physical experience
• Develop your own feeling and understanding of movement
• Physically prepare for the upcoming Foundation Course
Suitable for:
Students who already have experience practicing Gyrotonic and have a basic understanding of Level 1 basic movements.
