# Chanrou Sports Student testimonials
Recommended by Xiaoya, a student of teacher Bryce:
Meeting Bryce was a completely accidental encounter. It started with a long-standing desire within me to exercise, but I didn't know which type of exercise would suit me. My body had always been in a weak state, limiting the types of exercise I could do. One day, someone unexpectedly recommended "Chanrou" exercise on social media, describing it as a low-intensity exercise that stretches the whole body. This sparked my interest and curiosity.
In the past, I always did my homework to understand before making any decision. This time, I followed my inner voice and randomly chose the AT field experience.
I chose to try the equipment group class on the weekend. As soon as I entered the AT Force Field, the whole environment felt warm and bright. Everyone was very friendly. I was surprised to find that the experience was quite good!
I am personally very picky about things and people, to the point of perfection! I am not a very easy person to get along with.![]()
Throughout the class, instructor Bryce showed no impatience or negative feedback whatsoever. She didn't show any displeasure even when I didn't perform the movements correctly or forgot how to do them, which surprised me greatly! This completely overturned my stereotype of "gym instructors." Because of this, I continue to attend machine-based Chanjug class. Bryce's gentle yet firm attitude makes me increasingly enjoy the machine-based Chanjug class; it's completely stress-free and I have a lot of fun.
Finally, the mechanical device Chanrou became what I looked forward to every week.
Every weekend during the group workout, instructor Bryce always asks about my physical and mental state that day to understand my needs. Then, without affecting the results, she fine-tunes the workout to a level that is acceptable to both of us. Moreover, the intensity of the exercise is just right so that my body can't handle it. This makes me feel that instructor Bryce is very considerate of my emotions.
I didn't expect to work so well together in the class. In the equipment-based flexion class, Bryce improved my knee hyperextension and shoulder valgus (these two areas had always been a headache for me), and strengthened my thigh muscles and core abdominal muscles. This greatly reduced my knee pain when walking and climbing stairs, and my steps became lighter and lighter. It also sculpted my posture inadvertently. Bryce's equipment-based flexion teaching perfectly met my needs.
During the AT Techniques course, I simultaneously absorbed knowledge about the body, fascia, and muscles, which helped me better understand how to properly cooperate with my body. I began to notice the use of my body muscles when walking or standing, which was something I was unaware of before. From being unfamiliar with my own body to gradually recognizing my body language, taking the AT Techniques course has opened up a deep journey of self-awareness and body awareness for me.
I never thought I would start exercising, let alone continue exercising. Bryce's group gym classes and one-on-one training sessions changed my understanding of exercise and my body, making me more aware of my current physical condition and helping me learn to listen to my body's language.
If you're still unsure which instructor to choose, then select Bryce. In her classes, Bryce will help you build a bridge of cooperation with your body, guiding you to become aware of your body's language and recognize the sources of pain signals. The gentle Chanrou exercise routine offers a full-body stretch and sculpts the body, making it suitable for anyone who wants to exercise.
