Introduction


奕安老師自陽明大學物理治療暨輔助科技學系畢業後任職於新光教學醫院,擔任臨床物理治療師暨臨床教師,之後轉任上海擔任康復中心店長。在物理治療師的職業經歷中,希望能更拓展對於動作的認識,以及幫助客戶在受傷後完整銜接到日常生活中,因而接觸到嬋柔運動。在授課與培訓的同時感受到其對於身體帶來的舒適及改變,因此近年來著重於嬋柔教學的推廣及與復健的整合,目前以教授嬋柔器械與墊上課程為主。奕安老師擁有五年的嬋柔教學經驗,並持續於台灣、上海、德國及世界各地接受嬋柔進階培訓課程及進修。奕安老師稟持對於人類動作發展的認知與疼痛處理經驗,擅長觀察學生的動作細節,生動的動作指導與以及多元化的指導方式是其深受學生喜愛的特色。

Course


Chanrou Exercise is a movement system developed in response to dancers' injuries and pain. The most important spirit of this system is to restore comfort to the body; a key goal for instructors is for students to feel "comfortable" after each Chanrou class. In this series of 10 lessons, teacher Yi-An will start with different body parts, sharing Chanrou movements that can strengthen the painful areas, providing simple explanations of the relevant skeletal structure, and guiding students to feel their own bodies, gradually building self-awareness. The teaching content and movements of this series are suitable for beginners, those with sub-optimal health, and students who want to gain a deeper understanding of Chanrou movements.
