Teacher Yi-An's Gentle Exercise Relaxation Course
Chanrou Exercise is a movement system developed in response to dancers' injuries and pain. The most important spirit of this system is to restore comfort to the body; a key goal for instructors is for students to feel "comfortable" after each Chanrou class. In this series of 10 lessons, teacher Yi-An will start with different body parts, sharing Chanrou movements that can strengthen the painful areas, providing simple explanations of the relevant skeletal structure, and guiding students to feel their own bodies, gradually building self-awareness.
