怡萍老師熱愛探索身體的運動智慧,長期投入身體動作的學習,並深耕瑜珈、芭蕾提斯及費登奎斯動中覺察等身心整合系統。在眾多運動中,嬋柔運動GYROTONIC(R)是帶來最深的共鳴,它流暢而立體的動作方式,讓身體得以自由延展,同時培養力量與穩定。怡萍希望透過教學,將這份自在與平衡帶給每位學員。

怡萍的教學風格親和、細膩,擅長用生活化的譬喻和淺顯易懂的指令,讓學員輕鬆理解並感受動作的變化。每個人都能在適合自己的步調中,逐步釋放緊繃、提升穩定性,找到更自在的身體使用方式。期待與你一起探索身體的可能性,讓動作變得輕盈、自然且充滿活力!
