Faculty Introduction
Introduction
從事藝術創作,畢業於台北藝術大學新媒體藝術研究所 。
接觸嬋柔的開始,是為了尋找改善自身疼痛的方法。過去在藝術創作的職涯中,長期坐臥於電腦前讓身體處於失衡;因為嬋柔,解開一直以來脊柱卡住的結,釋放身體長久累積的壓力和緊繃,重新拾回身體自我修復的能力。
嬋柔讓我找回身體的軸心,同時輕柔地提醒著我感受從內而外所需的平衡且穩定的力量,重新找到身體與各部之間的協調與合作。
於是我便踏上GYROTONIC®的培訓與教學之路,在教學與學習同時並進的路上,期望幫助學員透過嬋柔運動更加認識自己的身體,聆聽內在的聲音,進而找到專屬的緩解方式。如同創作是將生命歷程的顯化,嬋柔的美好便是能讓我們從中療癒自身同時找回內在的平和與自在。
